Staff. The beach views were fantastic, but there were some delays in service during peak hours, which could be improved.

Hotel was delightful, enjoyed our stay.

The service was superb and the food was fab!

had really amazing stay for 8 10 nights and the weather was wonderful. the location was magnificent and great, for example, the entrance town centre was relatively near the hotel. we found it in a large grassy area near to the main restaurant, and the white sandy beach.

The staff treated us like family. My mom loved the very nice view of the ocean from our Beach Bure South, and the kids had a blast at the Castaway Kids Club.

My kids wished there were more pool toys available to use .

Located in the nice grassy zone, it was an excellent place for holidays. The location was lovely and magnificent for destinations we were going to.

beautiful room, good base for budget traveler. if you want to explore big bula waterpark, choose this place. 5 minutes drive to the airport.

Perfect for a Family Getaway

The staff here, they're almost like they're life long friends. The snorkeling was a highlight, swimming with colorful fish and exploring beautiful corals was a game changer.

It wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

Beautiful beaches and excellent snorkeling kept us engaged . The water's edge dining experience was good, especially the pizzas and Korean dishes. Service was lacking. Our drink orders often took too long, and food didn't arrive together, leading to an overall frustrating experience. It's disheartening to see a decline in staff morale, which really affected our enjoyment of this paradise. Despite this, I hope for improvements on our next visit!

Our Ocean View Bure was cozy, with beautiful views and breezy louvered windows that let in fresh air. The staff were great, consistently remembering our names. The daily activities and the fine snorkeling were highlights of our stay, especially swimming with colorful fish and exploring beautiful beaches.

Internet access was limited, and there were some insect issues.

The kids' club kept my nephews busy all day, and the snorkeling adventures were a blast. Plus, the fresh coconuts-divine!

But honestly, my only complaint? I couldn't find a coconut drink big enough for my thirst. Note to self, pack a straw the size of a fire hose next time!

Oh, those crinkle-cut fries were an absolute dream! Plus, the staff treated us like family, and the beach? Simply paradise! The snorkeling was lit, swimming with colorful fish left us in awe.

Now, if you're keen on fitness, you'll find it a bit limited-some basic exercise gear like a treadmill could jazz up your stay, especially on rainier days.

Strongly recommend for a brief hiatus

Amazing beach, amazing staff, the location was superb with fine snorkeling just off the beach and a kids club that was both fun and well-organized for our children.

Thoroughly pleased

The snorkeling here was unreal 🐠 The reef is vibrant and teeming with life. The only downside was the limited internet access. Can't wait to come back!

Castaway Island, Fiji is beautifully decorated with lush gardens and charming thatched-roof bures. The staff was helpful, with easy accessibility for seniors. The vibrant colors and tropical ambiance made for a serene and inviting atmosphere.

More shaded areas for relaxation would be appreciated.
